Return - Cancellation.

In case you wish to change or return a product you bought, you have 14 days from the date of sending your order to do so. For products you have ordered through the e-shop, changes and returns can be made exclusively through the e-shop, according to our policy, as detailed below. All our products are subject to detailed inspection before shipment. That is why they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.
Resize:

We are always available (according to business hours) to help you choose the right number for you. However, if after consultation (written or telephone) we guide you to the wrong number, we assume the responsibility as well as the change costs. If, on the other hand, the choice for the number was made by you, according to your own judgment, then you are responsible for the change regarding the return and resending costs. Changes to another color or code are also made at your own expense. The current change prices are 5 euros per shipment for all of Greece. The respective change is made through the courier company cooperating with us so that the above prices are valid.

Defective product: In case If you have a defective product, you should contact us immediately so that we can proceed - where appropriate - with your refund, product repair or replacement at no charge to you, including shipping costs. The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method as the one you used for your purchase.
